1.Users can recharge a certain amount of money to the wallet of TKT charging service through the App. The price ladder is: ₹200, ₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000, ₹5000 or custom recharge.
2.The service fee will be 15-20% of the actual electricity price for charging.
1.1 General Provision
Users of TKT GREENTEC PRIVATE LIMITED's APP (applicable in India, official website: https://www.tktev.com/) shall first top up their in-APP wallets to pay for charging services. No prepayment for specific charging sessions is required, and charges will be deducted directly from the wallet balance after the completion of charging based on actual power consumption.
1.2 Refund for Unused Wallet Balance
If a user wishes to withdraw the unused balance in the in-APP wallet, they may submit a refund request through the APP's designated channel. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the wallet top-up within 3 business days upon verification of the request. The actual time of fund receipt is subject to the processing cycle of the relevant payment institution.
1.3 Exception for Interrupted Charging
In the event of charging interruption due to factors such as charging station power outages, equipment malfunctions, or force majeure, the charging fee will be calculated based on the actual power consumed before the interruption and deducted from the wallet balance. No additional refund is required for the unused portion of the wallet balance, as it remains available for future charging services. Users may also choose to apply for a refund of the entire unused wallet balance in accordance with Clause 1.2.
2. Booking Cancellation Refunds
2.1 Timely Cancellation
Users who have made a charging station booking via the APP may cancel the booking at any time before 3 minutes of the scheduled charging start time. If a booking fee has been deducted from the wallet, the full amount will be credited back to the user's in-APP wallet within 3 business days.
2.2 No-show or Late Cancellation
If a user fails to arrive at the charging station within 3 minutes after the scheduled charging start time or cancels the booking beyond the permissible time limit, the booking fee (if any) deducted from the wallet will not be refunded. The remaining balance in the wallet remains usable for other services.
3. Refunds for Incorrect Deductions
3.1 Request Submission
If a user believes there is an incorrect deduction from their wallet (e.g., over-deduction due to system errors in power consumption calculation), they may submit a refund request through the APP's customer support channel. The request must include details such as charging station location, charging start and end time, and the reason for claiming incorrect deduction.
3.2 Investigation and Handling
Upon receiving the request, our customer support team will launch an investigation within 3 business days. If the incorrect deduction is verified, the over-deducted amount will be credited back to the user's in-APP wallet within 3 additional business days. If the deduction is confirmed to be correct in accordance with the charging rules, the user will be notified of the result and the corresponding reason.
4. Refunds for Service Unavailability
4.1 Charging Station Out of Service
If a charging station is unavailable for use due to maintenance, equipment failure, or other reasons, and the user has a valid booking or encounters difficulties in completing charging after arriving at the station, any booking fee deducted from the wallet will be fully credited back. The remaining wallet balance can be used for future charging or withdrawn in accordance with Clause 1.2.
4.2 APP Service Interruption
If service disruptions caused by APP server malfunctions or other technical issues result in users being unable to complete charging as expected or lead to incorrect deductions, the affected amount will be credited back to the user's in-APP wallet. The specific refund amount and processing time will be determined based on the actual situation of the service interruption, with processing initiated within 3 business days of confirming the issue.
5.1 Consumed Charging Services
Charges deducted from the wallet for already consumed charging services (i.e., power that has been successfully supplied to the user's vehicle) are non-refundable.
5.2 Promotional and Gift Credits
Promotional credits, gift amounts, or loyalty program rewards credited to the in-APP wallet are non-refundable. If a user applies for a refund of the unused wallet balance, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual monetary amount they have topped up, excluding the value of non-refundable credits.
6. Refund Process and Contact Information
6.1 Processing Rules
All refunds under this policy will be processed through the in-APP wallet, except for wallet balance withdrawals which will be returned to the original top-up method. The processing time is subject to the regulations of the payment institution and technical procedures, with initial processing initiated within 3 business days of request approval.
